Non-Refundable Fees
- The Transport Department Test Form Fee and Learners Driving License Fee are non-refundable once submitted.
- A deduction of HK$1,000 will be applied as an administration fee for any cancellations or refunds, regardless of the reason.
Course Validity
- The purchased course is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
- The validity will be extended for an additional 18 months if a new test form is purchased through us.
Post-License Course Expiry
- For post-license courses such as “Bay Area Road Road Fee 灣區道道通,” learners must update the course expiry date via our website's self-update function.
Reward Points
- Spent course fees (excluding Transport Department fees) will entitle users to reward points.
- These reward points can be redeemed as cash dollars through our website.
No Refund for Lessons Taken
- All driving lessons already taken are non-refundable.
Direct Payments to Instructors
- Any direct payments made to driving instructors are not eligible for disputes through us. Excellence Driving Training Limited has no authority to interfere in transactions not initiated through our platform.
Non-Refundable Goods
- All goods purchased from our website are non-refundable.
User Registration and Rewards
- Users may register and become eligible for course fee reward points.
- Users may register as affiliate partners and earn reward points.
- Users may purchase gift coupons to use on any products listed on our website.

- All products listed on our website are non-refundable.
